This Privacy Policy describes how Ruslan Kirakosian ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MyEx: Relationship Insights mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information — your email address and name when you register or sign in with Apple.
Relationship data — names, dates, descriptions, and other details about past partners that you voluntarily enter into the App.
Photos — images you optionally upload for AI-based analysis. Photos are transmitted to our AI provider solely for analysis purposes and are not permanently stored by us.
Usage data — anonymous analytics about how you interact with the App (screens visited, features used), collected to improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate personalized psychological reports using AI analysis.
To personalize your in-app experience and remember your preferences.
To manage your subscription and process payments securely.
To improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns.
To communicate important updates about the App or your account.

Photos you upload are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis only. They are not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account and relationship data are stored securely on Supabase servers located in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (supabase.com/privacy)
Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered relationship analysis (anthropic.com/privacy)
RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
Apple Sign In — authentication via Apple ID (apple.com/legal/privacy)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the service providers listed above to the extent necessary to operate the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
